The difference between whey and casein
Both whey and casein proteins are by-products left over from cheese making. Whey is the “water” that’s left, and if you filter the whey out of it, you’re left with the protein powders, as many people know. These proteins ensure rapid production of amino acids to allow the proteins to be quickly absorbed by the body. Casein is the product that is left over at the end of the process and therefore has a much thicker structure, making casein shakes much fuller and creamier. Casein Protein contains the slow proteins; Since these can take several hours to be absorbed by the body, this product is ideal before bed.
application and dosage
Directions: Mix 30 grams (1 scoop) of Night Protein per shake with 200-300ml of milk or other beverage of your choice.
Since the protein shake has a thick structure, it is advisable to first pour milk or any other drink of your choice into a shaker, shake the protein powder slightly and then add it. Shake the shaker until everything is dissolved.
For a thinner shake add extra milk or other beverage of your choice, if you want to eat it as a custard type use less milk or use another beverage of your choice.
